At PetsFoodMart, we are committed to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with the pet products they purchase from us. If you encounter any issues with shipping or the items themselves, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@petsfoodmart.co.uk — our team is happy to assist you promptly.

Please note: Once a package has been shipped to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Return Policy

Not Happy with Your Order?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is in like-new condition, with no visible wear or damage.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product falls under our warranty or the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us at info@petsfoodmart.co.uk and include clear photos of the issue (preferably on a flat surface with the product tag visible).

Once we verify the issue:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no cost.
  • You do not need to return the defective item.

This helps us improve our quality control and serve you better.

Order Cancellation

Cancelling Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at info@petsfoodmart.co.uk with your order number.

Cancelling Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us and refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the parcel is marked as returning, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents or pet chewing
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color fading due to sun exposure
  • Alterations or aftermarket modifications
  • Products exposed to water or moisture (e.g., soaked pet food)

Note: Items showing signs of misuse or excessive wear are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
