Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time in transit. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

PetsFoodMart ships nationwide and internationally, wherever permitted by local regulations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

PetsFoodMart is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

PetsFoodMart is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Keep all packaging and the damaged items — they may be needed to process the claim.
